Every Day Under the Sun

What positive events have taken place in your life over the past year?

Every day under the sun is a positive event which most individuals take for granted.

Every morning I thank god for my breath of life, and all accomplishments, miracles, seen and unseen.

Some of Gods best miracles happen and we as busy individuals in this plane fail to see them or acknowledge them.

Over this past year, events such as being able to harvest, from a small cayenne pepper plant, to putting food on the table, to being able to pay oneself with a trinket, to being able to speak to ones mother, or a sibling, even if it’s once a year, to having the privilege of a hot shower, is by all means a positive event in life.

It is difficult to only point to just one thing, tangible or not. There are many people on this planet who have lost lives, loved ones, homes, and have nothing as casualty of prejudicial wars. That to be able to ask God, and to hope for them for better safe and secure life, is a positive event in ones life.

Nonetheless, I wonder how many individuals oversee such things as what they have, focused only on what they do not, when so many others, merely wish for a grain of rice, or a drop of water.

So the most significant positive event that has taken place in my personal life aren’t the accomplished goals which I must do as my promise in this world, but the fact that I am here, writing this response to a question.

And that response is; The gift of life itself, and the ability to use it to mentally and subconsciously spread love, peace, and goodwill to humans whom have been afflicted by inhumane prejudices.

Wild ones

Do you ever see wild animals?

Often I see wild life when visiting my relatives… Best not publish that. Yes, as a child living in NYC, the only animals I would encounter were stray dogs, cats, and local gang members roaming the streets. There were always the occasional trips to the zoo, where a monkey once reached into my Wise potato chip bag and cooly ate the entire bag, thus leaving me wondering what had happened?

In my present disposition, I have the pleasure of coming home to black bears who roam the front lawn, and road on Sundays and Wednesdays evenings in search for food, and on occasion, have had encountered with garden snakes, rattlers, and a cotton mouth viper which happened to be smiling at me inches from my foot one evening.

Other than that, the norm around town are usually on two wheels, or aggressively moving vehicles. Those are considered endangered species. 🙂

Instincts

Do you trust your instincts?

Do you trust your instincts. Your instincts are innately wired into your physiology, biology and ultimately your sense of being. Hence, the soul, spirit, mindset, presence, and call it what you may… Awareness.

Breathing in something toxic, putrified, as opposed to sweet, and pleasant will trigger your instincts. You will immediately know via awareness, what will harm or please you. Your instincts are like a sense of discernment. If you’re thinking about running into traffic blindfolded, your instincts will automatically sense that the consequence of doing so will not be good.

If your instincts trigger a negative or positive feeling about an individual or their intention, Then most likely, your instincts are triggering your survival or fight or flight, response.

So, yes, Trust your instincts, because if something sounds too good to be true, chances are it is. Your brain, and subconsciousness has a built in survival instinct. It wants to survive, evolve, experience, live forever. It will correlate its instinct to innately survive onto the person. So whether it’s a gut feeling, a change in temperature, a subconscious alert… Pay attention. That is your instinct communicating to every cell in the body.

To Post or Not

As I continue to rebuild what Godaddy destroyed with their incompentencies and red tape; I’m forced to look back into fifteen years of my past life and resurrect the tech knowledge that once consumed my daily routine. The only difference in mindset is, that I’m much older, and as a consequence of ageism and counting one’s days, I am left asking myself;

Do I really want to spend another millisecond wasting away over code, or platforms, or even a mummified version of an ai’s local platform attempt to build me something useless, simple and functional? I know, an oxymoron.

I don’t know how much time I have left, on this planet, much like most people on the planet…. I do know that I do not want to spend it wasting away, and attempting to navigate the quirks of technologies, from every platform. Personally, I believe it’s a fleecing to sell you more time consuming garbage! “With emphasis.”

So the question remains, to post or not to post. I believe that in this time and age, it is more proactive and productive to pick up an old book and begin reading. Or if you’re somewhat empathetic of Ai, “be nice” and ask it to read to you what book you’ve created or purchased. Nonetheless, bear in mind, that It will most likely require you copy and paste your content up to it. You’d be surprise.

Now, Enough time’s a wasted here. I’m off to figuring the rest of the platforms quirks and hopefully do something worthwhile to enjoy my life… Perhaps engage in conversation with an actual human.
